国产旋转式伽玛刀高剂量组动物实验初步报告 被引量:7

Report of animal experiment with OUR rotating Gamma system(OUR-RGS)

摘要 应用国产旋转式伽玛刀,采用单焦点,高剂量,毁损犬脑右额叶,术后观察一般临床表现,MRI及病理解剖变化,结果表明:犬脑经过180~200Gy高剂量照射后,一般临床无明显异常改变。在6~8周内复查MRI,在犬脑右额叶内可见一类圆形低信号区,边缘清晰,锐利。病理大体观,右额叶内可见一规整圆形毁损灶,中心呈凝固性坏死,坏死区与健康组织区的界限非常清楚,周围组织有轻度水肿。光镜下观察,毁损灶内细胞结构消失,周边水肿,有胶质细胞及毛细血管增生。 Purpose: Confirming the appling function of OUR-RGS and it's actual biological effectiveness by the experimental results of highdose group. Methods and materials: Random choosing 6 ordinary and healthy dogs from 1 to 1.5 years old and performing irradiation on the position of dog's right frontal portion as target which localizing and follow-up by the method of CT/MRI. Focal dose 180~200Gy and follow-up date about 40 days after irradiation. Using MRI to observe the changes of the target and then pathological examination. Results: No obvious abnormal symptoms of neurology and psychiatry. MRI showing almost rounded lowdense area with hyperdense zone boundary T1-weighted imaging in the coronal and transaxial plane. pathologyical exmination showing cheesy necrosis in the target and short edema, capillary proliferation and hemorrhage arounding it. Conclusion: OUR-RGS has predictional biological reactions of neurological tissue and is safe, reliable and available for clinical usage.
