CT-guided transgluteal approach for drainage of deep pelvic abscesses

目的评价CT引导下经臀途径引流盆腔深部脓肿的安全性和效果。方法自2000年4月至2007年8月，12例盆腔深部脓肿患者接受了CT导向下经臀途径穿刺引流。回顾性分析患者的临床资料、置管数目、引流量、带管时间、并发症和随访结果。结果对每例患者均成功经臀置入1根引流管，引流量30—180ml，平均52ml；带管6—34d，平均11d；无严重并发症发生。结论CT引导下经臀途径引流盆腔深部脓肿安全可行。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of CT-guided transgluteal approach for drainage of deep pelvic abscesses. Methods From April 2000 to August 2007, 12 patients with deep pelvic abscesses underwent CT-guided transgluteal drainage. The clinical data, number of drainage catheters placed, amount of drain, duration of placement, complications and follow-up were retrospectively analysed. Results One drainage catheter was successfully placed for each patient. The amount of abscess drained was 30 to 180 ml （mean 52 ml） and the duration of placement was 6 to 34 days （mean 11 days）. No major complications occurred. Conclusion The transgluteal approach to the drainage of deep pelvic abscess under CT guidance was safe and effective.
