摘要
目的:目前,有关健身跑对普遍女性都关注的体脂成分等指标的研究还不透彻。试验拟通过健身跑锻炼和对膳食营养的控制,观察试验前后女大学生体脂成分及身体形态等指标的变化。方法:①试验对象:选择2005-03/11湖南师大树达学院无疾病的非体育专业学员女生20人,年龄19~23岁,平均身高160.6cm。②试验方法:采用自身对照的方法,健身跑锻炼前进行一次健康检查和试验指标测试,经过8周健身跑和膳食营养控制,健身跑采用"法特莱克式跑"的方式。③试验评估:比较其锻炼前后的身高、体质量、瘦体质量、胸围、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、体质量指数、维尔维克指数及身体各部位皮脂厚度的变化。结果:纳入非体育专业学员女生20人,均进入结果分析。①经过8周有氧健身跑后,女大学生体质量比试验前降低,瘦体质量比试验前增加,差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②女大学生腰围及腰臀比与试验前相比明显下降(P<0.05);胸围比试验前有所增加,臀围比试验前略下降,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。③体质量指数和维尔维克指数比试验前下降(P<0.05)。④女大学生臀部、肩胛部、胸部、腹部、大腿部和小腿部的皮脂厚度值明显下降,与试验前相比,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:女大学生经过健身跑运动练习后肌肉更加结实,线条更加柔美,更能显示女性的健美体质。
AIM: Studies of fitness running effect on body fat index in females are not well. This investigation analyzed the changes in body fat index and body appearance before and after training by fitness running and nutrition control.
METHODS: Twenty female students, who did not study in physical education, aged 19-23 years, averagely 160.6 cm height, at Shuda School of Hunan Normal College from March to November 2005. By own control method, health examination and index tests were performed. The 8-weeks fitness running (Fartlek training) and the nutrition control were conducted. Changes in height, body mass, lean body mass, chest circumference, waistline, hip line, waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), body mass index (BMI), verveak index and sebum thickness were compared before and after the training.
RESULTS: Twenty students (non-physical education major) were included in the final result. After 8-weeks aerobic fitness running, body mass of female students decreased, but lean body mass increased (P 〈 0.05). Waistline and WHR reduced after training (P 〈 0.05). Chest circumference increased, but hip line decreased after training (P 〉 0.05). BMI and verveak index reduced after training (P 〈 0.05). Sebum thickness at hip, shoulder-blade, chest, abdomen, thigh and leg reduced after training (P 〈 0.05).
CONCLUSION: After fitness running, the muscle become more solid, the line is even more gently beautiful, can demonstrate the feminine healthy physique.
