The perioperative evaluation of MSCT in living donor liver transplantation

摘要 肝移植手术能够挽救晚期肝病病人的生命,但受供体数量的制约。随着手术技术的突破,活体肝移植(LDLT)正在逐渐开展,给更多的肝病病人带来希望。LDLT手术风险性大,充分的术前准备和术后的监测随访是成功的关键,影像学在其中起到了至关重要的作用。就多层螺旋CT在LDLT术前及术后的应用价值予以综述。
