摘要
对活性炭吸附SO2进行了实验研究。结果表明:随着烟气流量的增加、穿透时间减少,当烟气流量在50—100l/h时吸附效果较好,穿透时间在55min以上;随着氧气含量的增加,穿透时间越长,氧气含量为10—20%时吸附效果较好;床层出口温度在20℃-70℃时,随着温度升高穿透时间减少,但在70℃-99.5℃时,穿透时间又有所回升;烟气中含水蒸气时,SO2生成H2SO4的转化率大大提高,当夹带水蒸气的空气流量占总烟气流量的25%时,活性炭的脱硫效率反而会下降;NOx存在对SO2的吸附影响并不明显;活性炭经高温改性和KOH改性后,吸附效果有一定程度提高。
The removing of sulfur dioxide ( SO2 ) by adsorption of activated carbon (AC) was studied in this paper, The results show that with the increase of gas flow rate the penetration time is decreased,when the gas flow rate is between 50L/h and 100L/h, the adsorption is good, and the penetration time can be more than 55 min; with the increase of the O2 in the gas, the penetration time increases , too. It has a longer penetration time when the O2 is 10 to 20 percent; when the outlet temperature of the bed is between 20 and 70 centigrade, the penetration time decrea- ses gradually with the temperature rising, but when the temperature is between 70 and 99.5 centigrade, the penetration time increases with the temperature rising;when there is some water steam in the gas', the transform ratio of SO2 into H2SO4 is prompted greatly, but when the wet air flow rate is above 25 percent of the flue gas, the removal efficiency of SO2 falls;the existence of the NOx does not have very obvious effect on the SO2 adsorption;the adsorption effect is improved by heating at high temperature or treating by KOH.
