摘要
研究自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血浆神经肽Y(NPY)含量的变化及培哚普利对血浆NPY含量影响。方法用放免分析法测定Wistar-Kyoto大鼠(WKY)、SHR及培哚普利干预后SHR、WKY血浆NPY的含量。结果SHR血浆NPY含量明显高于WKY,并且SHR血压的高低程度与血浆NPY的含量正相关;培哚普利在降血压的同时伴有血浆NPY含量的降低,并且对WKY血浆NPY的含量影响更甚。结论NPY可能在高血压的发生、发展中起到重要作用,在培哚普利降血压作用中可能有血浆NPY含量下降这一因素参与。
Aim\ To investigate the plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY) and the effects of perindopril on NPY in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) and WistarKyoto rats(WKY).\ Methods\ Radioimmunoassay was used to determined the plasma NPY levels.\ Results\ The NPY levels were higher in SHR than that in WKY, there was a close relationship between blood pressure in SHR and the plasma NPY levels.\ Peridopril could lower the plasma NPY levels in SHR and WKY, and the effect was greater in WKY than SHR. \ Conclusion\ NPY might be involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension, the decrease of NPY levels might be one of the antihypertensive mechanism of perindopril.
