摘要
随着互联网的发展,网络广告在广告中的地位越来越重要,但网络广告发布的形式、内容与现行法律法规不符,特别是虚假的网络广告已严重影响到社会稳定。而我国现行《广告法》对网络广告的监管基本没有涉及。如何完善现行的法律法规,建立网络广告监管的新机制,是一项十分重要而紧迫的任务。
With the development of the internet, online advertising plays more and more important role. However, both the form of online advertising, and the content of online advertising didn't comply with the existing laws and regulations. Particularly, the false online advertising has been seriously affected social stability, the community expressed strong opinions. While current Advertisement Law of PRC didn 't regulate advertisement activity on the internet. So it is a very important and urgent task to improve the existing laws and regulations, and to establish a new regulating mechanism on online advertising.
