摘要
研究天山岩黄芪(Hedysarum semenovii)的化学成分。用溶剂法提取,色谱等方法分离化学成分,用理化方法及波谱方法鉴定化学成分的结构。从天山岩黄芪中分离鉴定了4个化合物:美迪紫檀素(I),白桦脂酸(II),鸟苷(III)和胡萝卜苷(IV)。化合物I-IV均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物III为首次从该属植物中获得。
The chemical constituents of Hedysarurn semenovii were studied. The compounds were separated by chromatographic methods and identified on the basis of spectral analysis. Four compounds,medicarpin (Ⅰ), betulinic acid (Ⅱ), guanosine (Ⅲ) and daucosterol (Ⅳ) were obtained. Compound Ⅰ-Ⅳ were obtained from this plant for the first time, while compound Ⅲ was obtained from genus Hedysarum for the first time.
