红药片微生物限度检查法验证研究

Verification of Methodology on the Microbial Limit Test for Hongyao Tablets

建立红药片的微生物限度检验方法。采用平皿菌落计数法、培养基稀释法、低速离心结合培养基稀释法进行方法验证。结果表明,低速离心结合培养基稀释法回收率明显高于平皿菌落计数法或培养基稀释法,可以用于红药片的微生物限度检验。

A microbiological test method was established for Hongyao Tablets. Plate count method, method dilution method, low speed centrifugalization and dilution medium were taken the verification of methodology. The results indicated that the recovery rate of the low speed centrifugalization and dilution medium were higher than plate count method, medium dilution method. It was available for result of microbiological test for Hongvao Tablets.
