摘要
民族崛起的过程往往也是经受磨砺的过程;大灾难能荡涤人性的虚荣,使人迅速找到真理;灾难是民族和国家进步的加速器。从2008年的抗灾实践中,我们可总结如下经验:第一,中华民族从近代以来百川汇海,最终选择的社会主义道路是完全正确的。第二,中国国防建设在新军事变革中不能失去传统。第三,在经济开发的同时不能忽视中国长江的国防价值。第四,国家在重视政治民主建设的同时,更要强调中国共产党的领导和全国人民的组织纪律性。第五,中国外交要在更大的范围内体现人民性。第六,《反分裂国家法》适用于中国任何地区。
The rise of the nation is also a process of experiencing difficulties and disciplines;disaster can clean up the vanity of the human nature,and promote people to seek truth;disaster can be the accelerator of develoment for a nation.From the earthquake relief practice in 2008,we can summerize experiences as follows:1.The Chinese nation finally chooses the Socialist path of development which is absolutely correct;2.China should not lose its tradition in its national defense construction;3.the importance of Changjiang River for China's national defence should not be ignored while promoting economic development;4.the Party leadership and the people's organization and discipline are even more essential while China now attaching importance to the construction of political democracy;5.China ought to show more concern for the people in foreign affairs;6.Anti-seccession Law applies to all parts of China.
