摘要
用放射自显影顺行标记示踪法(ARG法):将微量~3H-Leucine注入猫和大白鼠巨细胞网状核(Nucleus reticularis giganto-cellularis NRGC)后,在中央中核、束旁核复合体等处显示银粒标记;导水管周围灰质外侧区、中脑网状结构、动眼神经核及其周围结构、红核有较丰富终末标记;三叉神经运动核、面神经核出现较密集银粒,中缝大核也有标记;旁正中网状核、外侧网状核等均可看到银粒。在脊髓灰质的Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ层也可见标记。本文并对NRGC纤维投射机能意义进行了讨论。
Fiber projection of the nucleus reticularis giganto-cellularis (NRGC) of thecat and rat were examined with the autoradiographic method. After ~3H-Leucinehad been injected into NRGC. labels were largely distributed to the centromediannucleus and the parafascicular nuclear copmplex. At mesencephalon, heavey labelingwas shown in the ventrolateral region of central gray, the reticular formation,the oculomotor nucleus and its adjacent area, and the nucleus ruber. Labeling wasstill densely demonstrated in trigeminal motor and facial nuclei. Labeling in thenucleus raphe magnus was also pronounced. In the paramedian reticular nucleusand the lateral reticular nucleus, labeling was found. too. The descending projectionfrom NRGC were in the ventorolateral region of the spinal cord and terminatedin the Ⅶ, Ⅷ iaminae. Labeling also existed in Ⅸ laminae. The function of thefiber conections of the NRGC was discussed in this paper.
