摘要
研究了抗氧化剂Na2S2O3对螺旋藻分批和流加混合营养培养的影响,结果表明:后者更利于螺旋藻生物量的积累,生物量最高可达到11.14g/L,是前者最大生物量2.42g/L的4.6倍。
Through researching on the influence of antioxidant Na2S2O3 on mixotrophic batch culture and mixotrophic fed-batch culture of s.platensis, the result showed that the latter was propitious to accumulation of S. platensis' s biomass , which was up to 11.14g/L and 4.6 times to the former.
