摘要
研究了灵芝和香菇在六级日照绿茶中的驯化生长情况。实验结果表明:灵芝能在绿茶培养基中很好地生长,而香菇在添加50%的30g/L的绿茶茶汤培养基中则几乎停止生长。从而得出结论;灵芝能很好的适应绿茶中茶多酚这种抗性物质,香菇在菌丝生长阶段不具备适应茶多酚的能力。
The growth situation of domesticated shiitake mushroom and ganoderma lucidum was studied. The results indicated that the ganoderma lucidum grew well in the green tea medium, but the shiitake mushroom almost stop growing when adding green tea with a content of 50% ,the density of the green tea was 30g/L. So we concluded ganoderma lucidum could adapt the resistant matter; tea polyphenol well, while shiitake mushroom could not adapt it in the stage of growing hypha.
