摘要 建立了一种快速、准确检测变形杆菌属的PCR方法。采用传统分离培养法、全自动微生物分析系统检测法和常规PCR方法对66株变形杆菌样本分离株进行鉴定。三种检测方法结果一致,但PCR方法检测时间只需5~6h,比传统分离方法节省40h左右。通过对13株非变形杆菌属菌株的特异性实验和标准菌株的灵敏度实验,进一步表明,PCR方法具有操作简便、准确可靠以及灵敏特异的特点,优于传统分离培养法和全自动微生物分析系统检测法。 A quick and accurate method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for detection of Proteus was established. Plate-culture method, vitek auto microbe system and PCR were used to identify 66 isolated Proteus. The results of the three methods were the same. However, the detection time of PCR was only 5-6h, about 40h less than the conventional plate-culture method.Further sensitive and specific tests of 13 non-Proteus strains and references Proteus showed the advantages of simple operation, accurate reliability, and sensitivity of the PCR method, indicating that PCR method were superior to the plate-culture method and vitek auto microbe system in detection of Proteus strains.
