摘要 QDs技术是近年来国际生物可视化微分析方法为代表的可视化分析微技术的发展和延伸,它在生物标记、活细胞和体内成像、药物研究、生物芯片的荧光标记与筛选研究等方面具有独特优势。QDs是一种无伤害、微量、可视化、可用于生物体活体动态分析与检测和新药筛选的纳米级荧光标记材料和技术,在运动人体科学基础科学研究、运动损伤的无创伤诊断与预防和基因兴奋剂的检测、中医药消除运动性疲劳手段、方法和药物的现代化筛选研究等领域具有广阔的应用前景。 As the recently developed international bio-visual micro-analysis method, QDs technology is the development and extension of this method. QDs technology has advantages in bio-labeling, active cell and corporeal imaging, medical research, bio-chip fluorescent labels and screen. QDs technology is one kind of no-harm, trace amount, visual technology which can be used to living body dynamic analysis and check, and new medicine screen μm fluorescent labels. QDs has application prospect in the field such as basic science research of sport human body science, harmless diagnosis and precaution for athletic hurt, gene stimulant examine, Chinese traditional medicine for eliminating fatigue caused by athletics, modern screen of new medicine.
