一种DC/DC稳压器多工作模式压控振荡电路设计

摘要 设计了一种应用于DC/DC集成稳压器的多控制模式CMOS压控振荡器(VCO).在外同步模式下,可产生与外部时钟同频率同相位的400-700kHz的脉冲和锯齿波信号;在非外同步模式下,可产生频率为550kHz的脉冲和锯齿波信号,并可在输出短路时自动进行频率切换以防止电路失控.采用Sanyo Hspice模型进行仿真后表明,此VCO电路性能得以改善,振荡频率和温度等特性均满足设计指标要求. A Novel Voltage-Controlled-Oscillator ,(VCO) with Multi-Mode-Operation for DC/DC Regulator is presented in this paper. In the external-control mode, the 400-700kHz pulse and sawtooth signals can be generated which are synchronous with the external clock. In the other control mode, the 550kHz pulse and sawtooth signals can be created, and besides, a frequency-shift circuit is produced to avoid losing control of the system. The simulation results by using Sanyo Hspice models show that the characteristics, such as the oscillation frequency and temperature of the VCO are improved evidently and satisfy the requirements of the specifications.
