摘要
"十一五"纲要提出要求,要实现单位产品GDP能耗降低20%的约束性目标,对于高耗能的钛白工业来说,更具有约束性的要求。系统地总结了近几年来钛白工业生产中的节能成果,提出几项有效的节能技术,如热泵技术,抽吸二次蒸汽用于蒸发浓缩黑钛液,以节省新鲜蒸汽加入量;外加晶种水解技术,钛液浓缩由原来230 g/L降至195 g/L,节省蒸发蒸汽用量;转窑节能技术,窑内衬以双层砖代替原来单层耐火砖,减少窑体散热损失,节省能耗;隔膜机技术,压隔机与叶滤机相比,具有节电、节省厂房面积及改善操作环境等优点。上述节能技术对以钛铁矿为原料生产钛白,可实现每吨钛白产品节省标煤约400 kg,对降低产品的总能耗有帮助。
According to the requirement of ‘11th Five -Year Plan' outline of China, a mandatory target that energy consumption of unit product GDP to be reduced by 20% must be realized. It means more restrictive requirements for high energy - consuming titanium dioxide industry. In this paper, the energy saving achievements in titanium dioxide industrial production in recent years were systematically summarized and several effective energy saving techniques were put forward, for example : hot - pump technique, by which the secondary steam can be pumped to condense black titanium solution so as to save the addition amount of fresh steam;seeding hydrolyzation technique, with which titanium solution condensation reduced to 195 g/L from 230 g/L to save evaporation steam consumption;rotary kiln energy saving technique, i. e. used double layer firebricks to replace single layer firebricks in the rotary kiln to reduce radiation loss ; diaphragm technique, comparing with leaf filter, diaphragm presser has the advantages of power - saving, less space and improved operation environment etc.. The above mentioned techniques could help the titanium dioxide production with ilmenite as raw material save about 400 kg standard coal per ton product. So they are helpful for the reduction of total product energy consumption.
