离子交换法制取无水氯酸锂

摘要 以工业级氯酸钠和工业级一水氢氧化锂为原料,用732凝胶型强酸性阳离子交换树脂,采用离子交换法直接制取氯酸锂和离子交换法制取氯酸后合成氯酸锂两种工艺方案,进行了离子交换法制取无水氯酸锂小型试验研究,推荐用离子交换法先制得氯酸,然后再中和、脱水制取无水氯酸锂的工艺。在推荐工艺的小型试验的基础上,进行了扩大试验,制得的合格氯酸锂溶液,经蒸发脱水升温至260℃,制成氯酸锂质量分数为99%,杂质及水分符合国外用户标准的无水氯酸锂产品。锂的回收率达99%。 A mini - type experiment on production of anhydrous lithium chlorate with industrial grade sodium chlorate and industrial first -grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate as raw materials and using 732 gel strong acid cation exchange resin by two - process design was studied. The two processes were designed as :lithium chlorate directly prepared by ion-exchange method and it synthesized from chloric acid prepared by ion - exchange method, respectively. On the basis of the experiment,the second process design that chloric acid was produced by ion -exchange method,followed by neutralization and dehydration to prepare anhydrous lithium chlorate was recommended. Then the expanded experiment was carried on on the basis of the recommended process conditions mini - type experiment. The obtained eligible lithium chlorate solution was prepared into lithium chlorate with mass fraction of 99% through evaporation and dehydration at 260 ℃. The impurity and moisture of produced anhydrous lithium chlorates had met the standard of foreign customers. The recovery rate of lithium reached 99%.
