摘要
研究了液体铝酸钠生产的一种新工艺。将氢氧化钠溶液与铝土矿按一定比例混合均匀,配成混合料,在450-500℃煅烧0.5h,再经溶解、过滤、洗涤、精制得到合格液体铝酸钠。采用低温煅烧,常压溶解的方法生产液体铝酸钠,具有生产工艺简单、易于操作、设备简单、损耗低、减少环境污染等特点。采用自制高效脱硅剂对铝酸钠进行脱硅,可得到高质量的铝酸钠。经精制后的低硅铝酸钠可以进入结晶工序制得氢氧化铝,或用作“氢氟酸-铝酸钠法”和“氟硅酸钠法”生产冰晶石工艺的生产原料,具有较大的环境效益和经济效益。
This paper presented a new manufacturing technology of liquid sodium aluminate. Sodium hydroxide solution and bauxite intermixed sufficiently in proportion, and confected into mixtures. The mixtures were calcined about half hour at 450 - 500 ℃. And then the mixtures were dissolved, filtrated, washed and refined, to make into the eligible liquid sodium aluminate. The production technology adopted the low - temperature calcination and atmospheric dissolution to produce liquid sodium aluminate, which had many advantages,such as easy production process, uncomplicated operation, simple equipment,low loss and less environmental pollution etc.. Moreover, high quality sodium aluminate product can be obtained by using the self - made high effective desiliconizing agent to remove silicon. The refined sodium aluminate with low silicon concentration can be made into aluminum hydroxide by the crystallization process, or it can be used for the raw materials of cryolite production with' hydrofluoric acid -sodium aluminate method' and' sodium fluosilicate method', which had more environmental and economic benefits.
