摘要 由于冗余机制的引入,磁盘阵列创建后必须进行初始化后才能保证数据一致性,从而保证成员盘故障后RAID数据能正常重建,本文研究分析了几种常用的RAID系统初始化方法,并提出一种不影响RAID系统I/O性能的快速初始化方法,使得RAID系统在未完成初始化之前即可为主机提供I/O服务,从而避免了耗时的初始化宕机时间,经实际测试表明,该方法对RAID I/O性能无影响,同时有效缩短了系统初始化时间. When RAID storage volume is newly created, the data in RAID is initialized. The process involves not only tormatting the RAID storage volume to clear any previously data, but also initializing any redundancy information required by the associated RAID management level. Otherwise data in RAID stripe will not be consistent, and RAID cannot rebuild from failure for member disk. This paper investigates others' initialization methods, and proposes a new method for improving initialization performance. It makes RAID initialize and I/O request processing parallel, and reduces initialization time efficiently. Testing results reveals a moderately successful performance improvement of the new initialization method.
