肝纤维化过程中血清Ⅰ型胶原与炎性介质关系的研究

The Relationship Between Serum Type Ⅰ Collagen and TNF-α for Assessment of Hepatic Fibrosis

用酶联免疫检测技术对慢性肝病患者血清Ⅰ型胶原及TNFα进行了检测。结果表明,随着慢性肝病进行性发展,其血清含量逐渐增加。相关性分析表明二指标之间及与γ-球蛋白呈正相关。Ⅰ型胶原与TNFα联合诊断可提高诊断符合率。以上结果提示,Ⅰ型胶原和TNFα是反映肝纤维化程度的良好指标。TNFα对Ⅰ型胶原的合成与分泌具有调节作用。胶原成分与细胞因子联合诊断肝硬化,可互相弥补其局限性,显示了联合诊断的优越性。

Serum levels of type I collagen and TNFα were determined in patients with chronic liver disease by enzyme-linked immunoassay. The results showed that they increased significantly in patients with liver cirrhosis than chronic hepatitis compared with normal control. Type I collagen had a positive correlation with TNFα. When jointed as one, index for diagnosing cirrhosis it could increased the specificity. The results demonstrated that serum type I collagen and TNFα reflect the severity of liver fibrosis. The metabolism of type I collagen may by modulated by TNFα. The two indexes which used to diagnose cirrhosis are better than a singal one.
