益寿还童丹对大鼠血清睾酮、过氧化脂质、超氧化物歧化酶的影响

The Effect of Yishouhuantongdan on T,SOD,LPO in Rats

目的探讨益寿还童丹对大鼠血清睾酮、过氧化脂质、超氧化物歧化酶的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组与治疗组,分别予以益寿还童丹、还精煎、西洋参蜂王浆、人参蜂王浆灌胃;观察各组大鼠血清睾酮、过氧化脂质、超氧化物歧化酶的水平变化。结果与空白对照组相比,益寿还童丹组与西洋参蜂王浆组的血清睾酮含量均有明显升高,但益寿还童丹组的作用优于西洋参蜂王浆组,还精煎组则无此作用;益寿还童丹组及还精煎组的过氧化脂质含量均明显降低,西洋参蜂王浆组、人参蜂王浆组的过氧化脂质含量无明显差异;益寿还童丹组的超氧化物歧化酶含量明显高于西洋参蜂王浆组、人参蜂王浆组。结论益寿还童丹能够增加性激素水平,抑制过氧化脂质产生,提高超氧化物歧化酶的活性,从而起到抗衰老作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Yishouhuantongdan （YSHTD） on T, SOD and LPO in rats. Methods： SD rats were randomly divided into control gorup and treatment groups. After the rats were treated with different drugs, the T, SOD and LPO were measured in each group. Results： The T content of YSHTD group and xiyangsenfengwangjiang（XYSFWJ） group were obviously increased, the effect of YSHTD group was better than XYSFWJ group and Huanjingjian （HJJ） group had no this effect. The LPO content of YSHTD group and HJJ group were obviouly decreased, the LPO content of XYSFWJ and Rensenfengwangjiang（RSFWJ） group had no differ- ence. The SOD content of YSHTD group was obviously higher than XYSFWJ group and RSFWJ group. Conclusion： the YSHTD can improve the level of T and SOD, lower the level of LPO. Thus it has an effect on the caducity.
