The characteristic and application of glycosidase

摘要 介绍了糖苷酶的作用机制,综述了糖苷水解酶在催化寡糖合成、烷基糖苷和芳香醇合成以及生物大分子糖基化中的应用,还介绍糖苷酶的生物法制备。 In this revive, the principium of the giycosidas was introduced and the application of the glycoside was summarized in enzymatic glycosylation of oligosaccharides, arylor alkyl alcohols and biomacromolecules. Furthermore, the biological preparation of glocosidase was reviwed.
