摘要
采用紫外线制备无菌海水对波纹巴非蛤进行净化处理,以细菌总数和大肠菌群为指标,探讨影响波纹巴非蛤净化效果的几个关键因素。结果表明,波纹巴非蛤净化的最佳工艺条件确定为:温度25℃、贝水比1∶15、循环海水流量3.66×10-5m3/s,净化处理24h后,细菌总数和大肠菌群指标符合海水贝类卫生标准(GB2744-1996)。
Taking the total count of bacteria colonies and coli forms level as the parameter index, several key factors influencing the aseptic seawater depuration effect of Paphia Undulate were studied. The result suggested that the optimal depuration condition were: the temperature was 25 ℃; the ratio of shellfish to seawater was 1:15; circulatory seawater current capacity was 3.66×10^-5 m^3/s and the depuration time was 24 h. After depuration, the total count of bacteria colonies and coli forms level accorded with hygiene standards of marine shellfishes(GB2744-1996).
