酒糟木糖提取液活性炭脱色工艺的研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了优化酒糟木糖提取液脱色工艺条件,研究了3种活性炭对酒糟木糖提取液吸附脱色效果的影响。结果表明,活性炭C1具有优良的吸附脱色效果。在以活性炭用量6%、起始pH5.0、脱色温度为70℃、脱色时间为80min条件下,酒糟木糖提取液色素吸附率为93.54%,酒糟木糖的回收率达92.01%,显示了良好的脱色效果。该研究结果为酒糟木糖提取液的利用奠定了基础。 In order to optimized the decoloration technology of the xylose distilling liquor from lees, the effects of three active carbon on adsorptive and decoloration of the xylose distilling liquor from less were investigated.Results showed that C1 performed best in the adsorption of coloring matters. The adsorption ratio of coloring matters reached 93.54% and the recovery rate of xylose was up to 92.01%. By the C1 in the optimum conditions as follows: active carbon 6%, initial pH value of the distilling liquor 5.0, temperature 70 ℃, decoloration time 80 min. This research result lay a foundation for separation and purification of xylose from distilling liquor.
