摘要
干燥是农产品加工中的重要单元,也是其中耗能最大的单元。因而,研究节能干燥技术,对农产品加工具有重大的意义。节能主要体现在煤耗低、电耗低以及设备的一次性投资低等诸多方面。结合作者自身的实践,对近年来国内农产品加工中涌现出的一些节能干燥的新方法、新工艺、新结构以及干燥机热源的改进等方面进行总结,旨在全面推广节能干燥技术。
Drying is the primary and the maximal energy-consumption unit in agricultural product processing. And it is significant to study energy-saving drying technology in agricultural produce processing. Energy-saving mainly includes lower coal-consumption, lower electricity-consumption, lower one-time investment on drying equipment and other aspects. According to years of experiences of the author himself, this paper studied some new drying methods, new drying technology, new configuration of drying equipment, the amelioration on traditional drying methods and the improvement on thermal efficiency of heater. It will be for popular the energy-saving dry- ing technology in the future.
