Mensuration of main efficacy enzyme activity in microbial ferment

摘要 酶的活力是微生物酵素的主要质量指标。采用紫外分光光度法测定微生物酵素中蛋白酶活力,膏状酵素为10975.5U/g,粉状酵素为2141.25U/g。采用NaOH滴定法测定脂肪酶活力,膏状酵素为5.41U/g,粉状酵素为14.6U/g。采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定超氧化物歧化酶活力,膏状酵素为1691.112U/g,粉状酵素为2.8U/g。 Enzyme activity is a primary quality standard of microbial ferment. Using the method of UV spectrophotometry to determine the enzyme activity of protease, the result is 10975.5 U/g in paste microbial ferment, and 2141.25 U/g in powdery microbial ferment. Using the method of NaOH titration to determine the enzyme activity of lipase, the result is 5.41 U/g in paste one, and 14.6 U/g in powdery one. Using the method of pyrogallol autoxidation to determine the enzyme activity of SOD, the result is 1691.112 U/g in paste one, and 2.8 U/g in powdery one.
