比色法测定硫辛酸的研究

Study on the colorimetric assay for lipoic acid

目的:得到简便、快速、准确测定硫辛酸的方法。方法:以2,6-二溴醌-4-氯亚胺为显色剂,在有机相中直接比色测定硫辛酸含量。实验结果表明,在437nm处得到了硫辛酸测定的线性回归方程:y=0.0096x+0.0086,R2=0.9978,在10～80μg范围内线性关系良好。结论:该方法可行,可以用于测定硫辛酸含量。

Objective： To obtain the method of determination of lipoic acid which is simple, speediness and accurate. Methods： Use 2,6-dibromoquinone-4-chlorimide（DBQC） as the color reagent to quantitation of lipoic acid in organic solvent. Results： The absorbance was measured at 437 nm. The regression equation was y= 0.0096x＋0.0086, R2=0.9978. The linearity relationship between 10-80 μg was very well. Conclusion： The method of spectrophotometry was exercisable and and can be applied to the determination of lipoic acid.
