摘要
利用表面增强激光解吸电离质谱(SELDI-MS),采用CHCA作为基质,对9种有机磷类农药进行分析,获得各自的SELDI质谱图及定性选择离子。并以二嗪磷为研究对象,研究了其在蔬菜中的残留,该方法的添加回收率为72.83%~105.64%,与气相色谱方法的检测结果进行比较(添加回收率为83.57%~104.01%),两种方法有良好的相关性。结果表明,SELDI-MS是一种方便、快速的有机磷农药残留分析方法,可作为传统方法的补充。
Organophosphate pesticides were characterized by surface enhanced laser desorption ionization mass spectrometer (SELDi-MS). The mass spectrometry data of them were obtained for identification and qualification were obtained. Based on the extensive investigation, the residue analysis method for diazinon on the vegetable by SELDI-MS was developed with the recovery rates from 72.83%-105.64% at the level from 1-32 μg/mL. A good correlation between recovery rates measured by SELDI-MS and GC was obtained from linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the SELDI-MS could be a convenient and supplemental analytical tool for monitoring parts of organophosphate pesticides in vegetables without pervious cleanup.
