摘要
为探讨脾虚证的免疫学变化及黄芪建中汤的免疫药理作用,采用小鼠大黄脾虚模型,用核素掺入法测定白细胞介素_2(IL_2)活性、核素标记靶细胞测定自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性、微量细胞病变法测定免疫干扰素(IFN_γ)水平。结果脾虚小鼠的免疫指标明显低于正常组;黄芪建中汤可使之提高至正常水平,而对正常小鼠免疫指标无明显影响。提示免疫功能降低是脾虚证重要表现之一,黄芪建中汤对此有调整作用,可提高到接近正常水平。
BJECTIVE:This experiment was designed to investigate the immunologic change in spleen_deficiency syndrome and the immunopharmacologic effects of Huangqi Jianzhong Tang (HJT)on the syndrome. METHODS:The model mice with spleen_deficiency were induced by Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, IL_2 activity was detected by the method of incorporation of tritiated thymidine, NK activity by the method of tritiated thymidine labeled target cells and IFN_γ titer by the method of micro-cytopathic effects. RESULTS: The NK activity, IL_2 and IFN_γ level decreased significantly in the spleen_deficiency groups. HJT improve them to normal level in the spleen_deficiency groups while have no significant effects in normal groups.CONCLUSION:It is suggested that the hypofunction of immunity is a major manifestation of spleen_deficiency syndrome, and HJT can improve it close to normal level.
