苍苓散对消化道功能的影响

Effects of Cangling Powder on the Digestive Tract Function

从消化道功能方面研究苍苓散的药理作用。整体实验以苍苓散作用于正常动物和脾虚动物模型，结果表明苍苓散具有抑制胃肠运动，抑制基础胃酸分泌，促进小肠吸收的作用；而苍苓散对离体兔肠平滑肌作用的实验显示，该药可以拮抗乙酰胆碱（Ａｃｈ）及ＢａＣｌ２对兔离体回肠的强直性收缩。

おhe pharmacological actions of Cangling powder on the animal's digestive tract function were investigated in this paper. The results showed that Cangling powder inhibited the gastrointestinal movement and the secretion of basic gastric acid and promote the absorption of small intestine of the mice in vivo. In the experiments in vitro, it counteracted the tetanic contraction of rabbit's ileum induced by acetylcholine and Bacl2.
