摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)是人类常见的神经系统退行性疾病之一.主要系中脑黑质多巴胺神经元大部分变性坏死,导致纹状体系统神经递质多巴胺水平下降,不能正常调节神经系统功能所致。因为其发病是多种因素共同作用的结果,目前尚无根治的办法.主要采用药物(主要多巴胺类)、外科手术和物理疗法等对症治疗。由于患者一旦患病,就需长期与该病作斗争,因此,治疗的同时,如能更多的了解饮食中各营养成分对该疾病的影响及其途径,将在一定程度上有利于药物的吸收和疾病进程的控制,从而提高患者的生存质量。
