西藏区际交通与旅游业发展战略思考

On the Impact of Tibetan Transportation on Tourism Development and Policy Studies

西藏自治区拥有得天独厚的旅游资源,其旅游业已发展成为西藏的特色支柱产业,旅游业的发展必将带动西藏经济的发展。交通是整个西藏旅游业发展的重要组成部分,但是,具有"世界屋脊"之称的青藏高原,交通业较落后,成为制约西藏旅游业发展的瓶颈。文章着重阐述了西藏交通业的现状及存在的问题,进一步分析了西藏区际交通对旅游业发展的影响,指出交通业存在的基础设施落后、体系不合理、地区内交通发展不平衡、交通服务质量不高等主要问题,并提出了加大对西藏交通建设的投入、利用西藏旅游业的后发优势和点轴发展战略全面推动西藏旅游业的发展等对策建议。

Tibet Autonomous Region has abundant tourism resources, and tourism has become Tibet＇s pillar industry. The development of tourism will stimulate the development of Tibet＇s economy. Transportation is a very important component of tourism development. However, because of the special geographic environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the trar, sportation industry in Tibet lagged behind other places, which restricts the development of the Tibet＇s tourism. This paper, based on the present situation of Tibet transportation industry, analyzes the correlations between Tibet＇s inner transportation and tourism and points out the current problems, for example, the backward transportation infrastructures, the imbalance development of transportation within Tibet, low quality of transportation service, etc. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions of promoting the development of tourism in Tibet, such as making the best use of late-developing advantage and point-axes strategy.
