摘要
通过对西藏师范生负性生活事件的研究,发现其面临的挫折问题主要表现在丧失、学习压力、健康适应和人际关系等方面。文章结合西藏特殊的社会地理环境、民族文化、民族心理特征、宗教信仰等背景进行分析,认为西藏师范生挫折问题是特殊的客观与主观因素相互作用的结果。西藏师范教育的挫折管理工作应努力改善可控因素,积极探寻消除西藏师范生挫折问题消极影响的有效途径。
Through researching about the normal students' negative life events in Tibet,?it has been found out that their frustration results from the loss, learning pressure, healthy adaptation, and interpersonal relationship, and so on. By analyzing Tibet's special background, such as geographical and social environment, ethnic culture and custom, ethnic mentality and religious belief, it is believed that the frustration of normal students in Tibet is the result of the interaction between some objective and subjective factors. The way of solving the problem can be obtained by improving the controllable factors, and actively exploring the effective methods to remove the negative factors.
