基于ANSYS的板坯连铸结晶器内流场数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 利用ANSYS对板坯连铸结晶器内流场进行数值模拟,并用水模拟对其进行了验证。借助于ANSYS强大的后处理功能对流场进行了更为深入的研究,同时还分析了拉速、水口浸入深度和水口出口倾角对流场的影响。 The mathmatical simulation of thd flowing field in mould of continuous caster mould is bulded based on AiNSYS, and the validation can be got by comparing with water mould. The flowing field is deeply analyzed throught the powerful function of postlof ANSYS, The influence on the flowing field is studied due to the difference of the casting speed and inserted depth of nozzle.
