罗森塔尔效应在护理专业人际沟通课教学中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究罗森塔尔效应对护理专业学生人际沟通能力的影响,使其将来更适应临床工作。方法:在人际沟通课教学中实验班教师注重罗森塔尔效应,对照班仍旧采用传统教学方法。然后实验班和对照班分别进行人际沟通各个环节的考试,进行学生满意度问卷调查,进行临床带教老师的问卷调查。结果:实验班由于在教学中注重罗森塔尔效应,课程考核成绩高于对照班(P<0.05),同时自信心及自尊心、自制力、应变能力、创新能力、合作学习能力、语言与非语言的运用能力等方面实验班学生高于对照班(P<0.01),临床带教老师的评价也较好。结论:罗森塔尔效应应用在护理专业教学中,可以提高护生的综合素质,在其他专业的教学中也值得广泛推广应用。 Objective:This study aimed to analyze the influence of Rosenthal effect on the nursing students communication ability so as to improve their adaptability to the clinical setting in the future.Methods:Teachers addressed Rosenthal effect in the experimental class and performed traditional teaching method in the control class.Then the examinations on the each process of communication were performed in both classes.Additionally,questionnaires on the students satisfaction and clinical teachers were completed.Results:The scores of experimental class were higher than that of control class (P〈0.05). And the levels of students' self-confidence, self-esteem, sekf-government, strain, innovation, cooperation and the management of language and non-language were higher than that of control class (P〈0.01). The appraisement of the clinical teachers was better in the experimental class. Conclusion: Rosent,hal effect, which could improve the abilities of nursing students in the nursing education; deserved application broadly in other professional education.
