摘要
为促进社区卫生事业的不断发展,提高社区护理服务质量,作为社区护士临床培训基地,根据社区护理服务的特点和存在的问题,制定了培训对策,主要从基本操作技能、健康教育、应急技能等方面对社区护士进行培训并严格考核,确保了培训质量。
In order to facilitate the continuing development of community health and improve the quality of the service,the training strategies at the clinical training site for community nurses were developed according to the characteristics and problems of community care.These strategies mainly refer providing training and undertaking examination,coving fundamental skills and techniques,health education and emergency techniques,which could make an insurance on the quality of training.
