摘要
随着国内知识产权保护环境以及法律体制的日益成熟,中外汽车企业知识产权之争一触即发。我国汽车企业如何将研究开发的智力成果产权化,合理进行知识产权布局尤其重要。提出运用类别、时间、空间三个维度,对知识产权合理布局,融合保护,此方法已通过某品牌汽车得以实现,为保护智力成果提供了理论依据和实践方法。
As the surrounding of Intellectual Property and the justical system in China are on their way to optimistic foreground being more and more mature,a bitter contest between foreign and native motor corporations is on the verge of breaking out.It is so important to put Intellectural Property on an appropriate position that can lead our intelligence production of native motor corporations to its property right.This paper put forward the idea of using category, time and space to posit, remix and protect patent logically and moreover,it has been already carried out successfully by one kind of motorcars.It gives not only a theory but the way of how to ensure security of motor productions.
