玻璃钢除油罐罐壁发生“心跳”的原因分析及解决办法 被引量:1

摘要 本文结合工程实际应用描述了玻璃钢除油罐罐壁发生"心跳"的现象,分析了玻璃钢除油罐罐壁发生"心跳"的原因:(1)罐壁的稳定性不够、(2)制造时,罐壁壁厚达不到设计要求、(3)呼吸阀的设计参数有误、(4)呼吸阀损坏(、5)除油罐的工作温度大于设计温度(、6)进水从侧面的清洗管进入、(7)进水系统损坏、(8)出水系统损坏等,并提出相应的解决办法。 This paper describes the “heartbeat” phenomena of FRP deoiled tank wall conlbining with the practical projects and analyzes the reasons for the heartbeat: 1. Bad stability of tank wall, 2. Wall thickness cannot reach the designed requirements, 3.The incorrect designed parameter of breath valves, 4, The damaged breath valves, 5, Higher working temperature than the designed temperature, 6. Intake water from side to the cleaning pipe, 7. The damaged intake system, 8, The damaged drain system, etc.Meanwhile, the relevant resolutions were given.
