机械发泡法制备PVF泡沫塑料的稳定性研究

Study on the Foam's Stability of PVF Cellular Plastics Prepared by Mechanical Foaming

采用机械发泡法制备聚乙烯醇缩甲醛（PVF）泡沫塑料．研究了制备过程中影响泡沫稳定性的各因素：表面活性剂种类和浓度、PVA的酸解度、温度等．用添加增稠剂的方法提高起泡液的粘度，从而有效地提高了泡沫稳定性，得到了孔径分布均匀、细密的PVA泡沫．

PVF Cellular plastics was prepared by mechanical foming. A series of conditionsaffecting the foam's stability were investigated, such as the kinds and concentration of surface active agent, alcoholysis degree of PVA, reaction temperature etc. The foam's viscosity and stability were improved by adding a thickening agent and an even distribution ofpore diameter and dense pore PVA foam was obtained.
