摘要
探讨了聚羧酸系减水剂与不同类型早强组分的复合效果。通过比较含早强组分胶砂试块和空白试块的早期强度(12h、1d、3d),得到了不同类型的早强组分与聚羧酸系减水剂复合试验的早强规律。结果表明,无机类早强组分(CN等)和有机类早强组分(TEA等)与聚羧酸系减水剂有较好的复合效果,而传统早强剂硫酸钠与聚羧酸系减水剂复合效果差。
The synergistic effect ofpolycarboxylate superplasticizer with different accelerants on the early strength ofcementicious mortar was reviewed.This synergistic rule was evaluated by comparing the mortar block which comprised accelerants with blank block in the strength of different age ( 12 h, 1 d,3 d).The result indicated that both of the inorganic (CN etc.) and organic (TEA etc.) accelerants with polycarboxylate superplasticizer had good synergistic effect, but the traditional accelerants such as sodium sulfate had not.
