前期干旱对春小麦地上、地下部干物质积累和分配的影响 被引量:5

The Influences of Early Stage Drought Stress on The Accumulation and Partitioning of Dry Matter in Root and Shoot of Spring Wheat

摘要 试验结果表明,前期干旱降低地上、地下部干重和单株叶面积,影响灌浆期旗叶同化产物的分配。水分胁迫解除后,根系干物重增长迅速。前期干旱的影响可以通过植株自动调节得到部分补偿。施肥可提高地上、地下部干物质积累量,改善穗部性状,提高自动调节能力,减轻干旱的影响。 The experiment results indicated that the drought stress decreased leaf area, DM of above and under ground parts accumulation, and affected the assimilates partitioning of flag leaf at grain-filling stage.Root DM accumulating rapidly, after the stress was released, indicated that root system was more sensitive to the changing soil enviroment than above-ground part.The DM decrease of root and shoot caused by the stress could be compensated partly,but the leaf area couldn't.Based on the results mentioned above, the conclusions can be drawn that most assimilates accumulated in grains was produced after anthesis, and the dry weight of plants before anthesis, it was determined by the leaf area before shooting, played an important role in determing the amount of the assimilates accumulation in economic part.Fertilization could increase leaf area., DM and yield because it was effective to drought resistance
