摘要
总的来说，国际金融综合经营制度的发展经历了两种不同的路径，一种是全能银行体系，它建立于19世纪中叶，主要存在于德国、瑞士等欧洲大陆国家中，一直发展至今；另一种则是世界大部分国家已经或正在经历的发展轨迹，即从混业经营制度发展成为分业经营制度，最终又进入综合经营制度的过程。我国金融经营制度变迁的历程属于第二种发展路径。
