我国公共事业管理专业建设存在的问题与对策

公共事业管理专业是我国近年来开办的新专业,该专业在建设过程中面临招生规模逐年增大、专业方向不十分明确、培养目标定位狭窄、课程设置较为混乱、专业教材建设滞后、师资力量缺乏、实践环节薄弱、就业形势严峻等诸多问题。这些问题能否解决,将直接关系公共事业管理专业的生存和发展。公共事业管理专业建设应适当控制办学规模、合理定位专业方向和培养目标、合理设置课程体系、加强专业教材建设和师资队伍建设、增加实践教学环节、拓展就业渠道。

Public affairs management is a new specialty started in recent years in China. In the course of construction, this specialty is confronted with such problems as recruitment scale growing up year after year, its direction not being defined, orientation of cultivating objectives being narrow, course installation being disordered, construction of its teaching materials lagging behind, teaching forces being scarce, practice segment being weak, employment situation being severe, and etc. The solution of these problems should be directly connected with existence and development of public affairs management. For the problem existing in specialty construction mentioned above, the paper puts forward countermeasures, such as properly controlling the scale of university, reasonably locating direction and cultivating objectives, rationally setting up course system, strengthening the construction of teaching materials and teaching forces, increasing practical teaching, extending job opportunities and so on.
