摘要
从多个层面分析了高校图书馆实施听政制度的必要性和可行性,并就采取何种有效措施以保证制度的顺利实施,提出了自己的看法。
The paper has analyzed the necessity and feasibility of Public Hearing system implemented by University Libraries from several levels, taken effective measures to guarantee the smooth implementation of the system, and put forward their own views.
