摘要
针对当前图书馆由传统型向数字图书馆转变中面临的人才匮乏、知识老化、培养管理不力等严峻现实,围绕树立新的人才理念、创新人才培育机制、不断优化人才环境等重点,从树立科学的图书馆人才观、推行全新的图书馆人才评价机制、图书馆人才引进和开发培养、建立科学合理高效的人才管理模式等4个方面提出了搞好当前图书馆人才队伍建设的思路与办法。
Aiming at the factual presence of talent shortage, knowledge aging, and weakness in cultivating and administrating, etc., during the transition from traditional library, this thesis lays its focus on setting up new talents principles, innovates the cultivating mechanism, and perfecting talents' environment. Furthermore, ideas and means to construct a better group of library talents are also presented here from four respects, that is, to establish scientific concepts of library talents, to carry out a brand-new evaluating system, to introduce and develop better library talents, and to build up reasonable and efficient administrative model of talents.
