三氟氯氰菊酯在绞股蓝上的残留动态研究

Dissipation of Cyhalothrin in Gynostemma Pentaphyllum

采用气相色谱法测定了2.5%三氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂在绞股蓝上的残留动态。绞股蓝样品用丙酮和石油醚提取,毛细管柱分离,ECD检测。研究结果表明:该方法对三氟氯氰菊酯的最小检测限为5×10-12g,在绞股蓝上的最低检测浓度为8×10-3mg/kg;三氟氯氰菊酯在绞股蓝上的半衰期约为5d,喷药30d后,在绞股蓝上的最终残留量未检出。

The residual dynamics of cyhalothrin in Gynostemma Pentaphyllum were determined by gas chromatography.Gynostemma Pentaphyllum samples were extracted with acetone and petroleum ether, separated by capillary column and determined with ECD. The results showed the limit of detection was 5×10^-12g and the minimum concentration of detection was 8×10^-3mg/kg.The half life of cyhalothrin in Gynostemma Pentaphyllum was about 5 days. The terminal residues Gynostemma Pentaphyllum were not detected after 30 days.
