红叶金银木叶绿素含量与叶色关系的研究

Study on Relation of Leaf Colour and Chlorophyll Content of Lonicera maackii‘Hongye’

为了探索红叶金银木叶绿素含量与叶色变化的关系,分别在4、5、7、9月测定红叶金银木及金银木叶绿素含量、类胡罗卜素含量,观测叶色年变化规律。研究表明:在一年中红叶金银木叶绿素a、b含量及总叶绿素含量都比对照金银木为小,类胡罗卜素含量在幼叶及老叶中稍高,而成熟叶片中类胡萝卜素含量较低。红叶金银木叶色表现稳定,为典型的春色类阳性彩色观赏树木,适于在光照下栽培,是中国北方地区良好的乡土彩色植物之一。

In order to study the relation of leaf＇ colour and chlorophyll content of Lonicera maackii‘Hongye＇. Relation of chlorophyll content, carotenoid content in April, May, July, Sep and leaf colour change rule in a year of Lonicera maackii ‘Hongye＇and Lonicera maackii were studied in this paper. Results shows that： the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a/b ratio, gross chlorophyll content of Lonicera maackii ‘Hongye＇ is smaller than Lonicera maackii.The carotenoid content of young leaf and old leaf is higher than mature leaf. The leaf color of Lonicera maackii＇Hongye＇ is stabilization in a year. It is one of illumination landscape tree. It is also a kind of good local colour plant in North of China.
