摘要
可在常温常压下生产盐基度0~75%的PAC,用PAC与DSR配合在近中性条件下取得一定的施胶度,能加填部分CaCO3。与明矾-松香施胶体系相比,PAC-DSR施胶的纸页在施胶效果、强度、留着率等方面都有优势,盐基度对施胶效果有明显的影响。
A new method of manufacturing the new paper sizing sediment agent PAC has been developed.PAC with 0~75% basicity could be produced under normal temperature and atmosphere by controlling the component materials,material adding velocity and reaction temperature.The influence of basicity of PAC on sizing effect was discussed.The sizing effect of DSR with PAC is better than DSR with alum in the near neutral condition.
