摘要
为了进一步了解采用双管拌热技术开采稠油油藏时的井筒温度分布情况,利用井筒热传导机理研究了主管内流体温度和压力的变化情况。双管拌热技术开采过程是先通过主油管向油层注入大量蒸汽,随后焖井数天,使蒸汽和地层充分进行热交换;然后,在副管拌热条件下由主管采出。对采出过程建立了双管拌热中温度场的数学模型,并对国内某油田提供的实验井数据进行了数值模拟和分析。
In order to know further about temperature distribution in wellboro of dual tubing production with sub heat tracing in developing thick oil reservoirs, this paper studies the alternation of temperature and pressure in the main wellbore's fluid by using heat conduction mechanism. The developing procedure of dual tubing production with sub heat tracing tubing is that large amount of steam is injected into oil layer at first followed by a shut down of several days for the steam having a full heating exchange in the stratum, and finally producing the oil from the main tubing with help of sub heat tracing tubing. The paper also creates a mathematical model of temperature field in dual tubing production with sub heat tracing tubing for the recovery process, and makes numerical simulation and analysis for the data of experimental well provided by a domestic oilfield.
